Alternative Title: Pulling the Plug on Your Cold

Recently I was in the store buying some cough drops for a sore throat I’ve had this week. Another man was in the same aisle as I, scrutinizing the cough and cold remedies for some new age potion containing echinacea. This is not surprising; after all, this is Ann Arbor.

[Brief Aside Here: When you need to spell a word like "echinacea" it is helpful to be married to a physician.]

I found my plain old cough drops and turned to walk over to the Evil Coffee Empire™ kiosk when I saw the other guy walk up to the pharmacy counter. I was walking behind him as I overheard him ask, “Don’t you have any cold medicine with euthanasia in it?”
